Legal Proceedings.
Legal proceedings in connection with nuisances were taken
by the Council in 18 cases during 1927. Particulars with regard
to each case are set out below.
Legal Proceedings under the Public Health (London) Act, 1891.

(Seven summonses.) | Necessary dust-bins having been provided, the nuisance at 18 abated, and works being in hand to abate the nuisances at 15 and 16, five of the summonses dismissed on payment of £1 Is. costs in each case. The remaining two adjourned. At adjourned hearing, remaining works having been completed, summonses dismissed on payment of £1 1s. costs in each case. |
