1. Milk and cream not sold as preserved cream:—

boric acid over declared quantity (0.4 per
cent.).

(2) Sample contained 0.1 per cent, in excess of
permissible quantity (0.4 per cent.).
Vendor summoned. No fine, £3 3s. 0d. costs.
