The death-rate fiom Tuberculosis was slightly higher than in
the previous year. The lowest death-rate from the disease hitherto
recorded in Battersea was during 1923. The death-rate for 1925
was 115.6 per 100,000 population, equal to the mean rate for the
5 years 1921-25. On the other hand the number of primary
notifications of Tuberculosis received was again lower than in any
previous year.
