The case-rate per 1,000 population was 2.30, as compared with
2.18 in 1924, 2.19 in 1923, 3.96 in 1922, and 4.21 in 1921. The
case-mortality was 2.53, as compared with 6.7 in 1924, and 9.1
in 1923. The average case-mortality for the 5 years 1921-1925
was 7.18 per cent.
