Drainage.
During 1921, 37 plans for the drainage of 96 new buildings,
and 68 plans for the alteration and reconstruction of
drains in 291 existing buildings, have been received and
approved.
During the year the drains of 11 dwelling-houses have been
reconstructed as sewers by the Council.
