Report on the health of the Metropolitan Borough of Battersea for the year 1921

Persons requiring dental treatment are sent in from the
various Maternity and Child Welfare centres on the recommendation
of the medical officer in charge of the clinic.
No charge is made for advice, extractions or fillings, but
dentures are paid for by the patients requiring; them, either in
whole or in part; in necessitous cases contributions towards the
cost being made by the Council and by voluntary associations.
