Bakehouses.—Inspector Jones has again this year
devoted particular attention to the condition of the
bakehouses in the Borough. He has paid 154 visits
of inspection to the 68 registered bakehouses. There
has undoubtedly been a very considerable improvement
in the general condition of the bakehouses during the
past two years. Of the 68 bakehouses in the Borough,
43 are situated underground.
