There were no prosecutions under the Milk and Cream Regulations,
or under the Condensed and Dried Milk Regulations.
Under the Condensed and Dried Milk Regulations, nearly 200 visits
were paid to shops to see whether the goods were labelled in accordance
with the requirements, and in no instance was any infringement
ascertained.
UNSOUND FOOD.
During the year the following quantities of food were brought to
the notice of this Department voluntarily by the owners, found to be
unsound, and destroyed.
