In addition to the above visits, the Health Visitors spent in all 581
afternoons at sessions of the Infant Welfare Centres and 151 mornings
at sessions of the Ante-Natal or Special Clinic; 6 attendances were also
made at Dental Clinics, and 31 at Schick test and inoculation sessions.
193 "Test Feeds" were conducted at the Town Hall.
Feeding.—In the 1,907 births visited it was found that 1,762
infants were being breast fed and 50 partly breast fed. Only 95 were
entirely hand fed.
