Summons dismissed,
the Magistrate holding there
was insufficient evidence that
the greengages were deposited
for the purpose of sale. A
2nd summons taken against
the salesman was dismissed
with 20s. costs against the
Council
Public Health (Meat) Regulations, 1924.
Summonses were issued against four tradesmen for infringements of
the above Regulations. In each instance a fine of £1 and £2 2s. 0d.
costs was imposed.
