LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, 1926.
In addition to the 54 cases, of which details are
given on the following pages, proceedings were taken
in 64 cases for non-compliance with Statutory Notices
served, requiring abatement of Nuisances. In all
these cases, the summonses were withdrawn upon the
specified works being done and costs being paid to the
Council, as follows:—
