LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, 1925.
In addition to the following 65 cases, proceedings
were taken in 66 cases for non-compliance with
Statutory Notices served, requiring abatement of
Nuisances. In all these cases, the summonses were
withdrawn upon the specified works being done and
costs being paid to the Council, as follows:—
