EX-SOLDIERS AND SAILORS SUFFERING
FROM TUBERCULOSIS
Two hundred ex-Service men were under observation
during the year. There were 24 deaths amongst
these, 12 removed from the Borough, and 16 were
removed from the Register as "cured."
Three hundred and ninety-three visits were paid
to these men by the Tuberculosis Health Visitor.
WORK OF TUBERCULOSIS HEALTH VISITOR.
This officer paid 3,562 visits to cases. I am of
opinion that for the adequate performance of these
duties more than one officer is required.
