DISTRIBUTION OF DISINFECTANTS.
During the year 14,541 pints of disinfectant fluid
were distributed to applicants. Owing to the fact
that the fluid is largely used as a deodorant, for rinsing
down sink-wastes and gullies, and for washing yards,
it is given out in a diluted form, which explains the
apparently large amount issued.
