(1) Two cases of Camberwell residents occurred in hospitals outside the Borough and were notified to the
medical officers of health for the respective boroughs.
(2) Includes one case of a non-resident and one case of a Camberwell resident which occurred in a hospital
outside the Borough.
(3) Includes three cases of Camberwell residents that were diagnosed in hospitals outside the Borough and
were notified to the Medical Officer of Health for those Boroughs.
(4) Includes 36 cases of non-residents occuring in hospitals in this Borough, also four cases of Camberwell
residents that occurred in hospitals outside the Borough.
