May I take this opportunity of expressing my appreciation
and thanks to the members of the Council for the consideration
they have shown to me since taking up my duties as Medical
Officer of Health, to the other Chief Officers and their staffs for
their co-operation and assistance, and to the Staff of the Public
Health Department for their unfailing loyalty and efficient
discharge of their duties.
