Accidents.
The following table showing the number of accidental deaths during the past five years does not indicate that the mortality from accidental causes is diminishing.

The very old and the very young are particularly prone to
accidents in the home. It is to be noted that three old persons
died during the year as a result of accidental coal gas poisoning.
