Annual Report of the Camberwell Tuberculosis Care
Committee for the year 1951.
During the year changes took place in the membership of
the Committee. Miss T. Renall, representing the Family Welfare
Association, and Miss M. Wilson, representing the Divisional
Health Committee of the London County Council, Division 7,
resigned.
Councillor Miss Rosina Whyatt was appointed to fill the
vacancy as the representative of the Divisional Health Committee,
L.C.C., Division 7, and the other vacancy was awaiting
a nomination by the Family Welfare Association at the close
of the year.
The Committee found it necessary to appoint an Honorary
Auditor, and is pleased to record that Mr. A. W. J. Lamb,
Manager of Peckham Branch of Barclays Bank Ltd., undertook
to carry out the duties of this office.
The Committee learned with regret of the death of Mr.
Alfred Perrum, who had, for many years, given much time in
assisting in the clerical work entailed with the Christmas Seal
Sale.
