Outworkers.
Employers of home workers are required to forward to the
local authority in February and August of each year a list

by them during the preceding six months. The homes of these
persons are visited periodically by the district sanitary inspectors
to ensure that the premises in which outwork is carried on are
not insanitary or unhealthy.
