* Six samples of Butter analysed to ascertain the amount of moisture did not
exceed the Statutory limit of 16 per cent.
f Six samples of Margarine sold in unstamped wrappers. One sample of
Margarine analysed for moisture did not exceed the Statutory limit of
16 per cent.
In addition to the above, sixteen samples of Cream were taken under the Public
Health (Milk and Cream) Regulations (see Table "G").
Twelve samples of Condensed Milk were taken under the Public Health
(Condensed Milk) Regulations (see Table "E"), and one sample of Dried
Milk (Table "F"), making a total of 1,074 Official Samples for the year.
