OUTWORKERS.
In accordance with S. 107 of the Factories and Workshops
Act, lists of outworkers were received from 77 persons carrying
on business in Camberwell, in addition to those received from
other Boroughs (i.e., outworkers living in Camberwell but employed by persons in other Boroughs).
The women sanitary inspectors made 2,070 visits to outworkers'
workers'homes.
