Chemical Analysis
22 samples of ice cream were submitted for chemical analysis
under the Food Standards (Ice Cream) Order, 1953. All samples
were satisfactory.

MILK AND DAIRIES (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1959
5 milksellers were registered under the above mentioned Acts
during 1962 and 3 were removed from the Register. There were
119 milksellers on the register at the end of the year.
MILK (SPECIAL DESIGNATION) REGULATIONS 1960 During the year under report the following licences were granted, to remain in operation until 31st December, 1965:— Dealers' (Prepacked Milk) Licences
