33 samples of ice cream have been examined, with the following

Chemical Analysis
Seventeen samples of ice cream were submitted for chemical
analysis under the Food Standards (Ice Cream) Order, 1953. All
samples were satisfactory.

47 premises were entered on the Council's List for the year
under report.
MILK PREMISES
FOOD AND DRUGS ACT 1955
MILK AND DAIRIES (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1959
9 milksellers were registered under the above-mentioned Acts
during 1961 and 8 were removed from the Register. There were
117 milksellers on the register at the end of the year.
MILK (SPECIAL DESIGNATION) REGULATIONS 1960
During the year under report the following licences were granted,
to remain in operation until 31st December, 1965: —
