4. CHEMICAL ANALYSIS.
Twenty-three samples of ice cream were submitted for chemical
analysis under the Food Standards (Ice Cream) Order, 1951. Twentytwo samples were satisfactory and one was not of the standard laid
down by the Order.
ICE LOLLIES
Twelve samples of ice lollies were submitted for bacteriological
examination and found to be satisfactory.
