RODENT CONTROL
Prevention of Damage by Pests Act, 1949.
The form of this report has been altered to comply with the
information required by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
In July of this year the Council appointed an Investigator, Mr.
H. E. Staples, to take over the inspection of business premises under
the provisions of the above Act, and also two additional rodent
operators, in order to fulfil the Council's obligations under the Act
and to cope with the increased amount of work which has ensued.
