PHARMACY AND POISONS ACT, 1933.
Forty-three premises were entered on the Council's list for the
year under report.
As a result of samples being purchased, it was found that three
contraventions of the Act occurred, poisons being sold wrongly by
unlisted vendors. Warnings were given in all cases.
