DEATHS.
The total number of deaths belonging to the borough registered
during 1942 was 673, consisting of 394 males and 279 females. The
number for 1941 was 1,047.
MARRIAGES.
The total number of marriages in the borough in 1942 was 666,
being 59 below the number for 1941, and 353 below the average for
the last 10 years.
The figures have been supplied by the Superintendent Registrar.
