VI. DENTAL TREATMENT.
I have to report an increase of 933 in the number of patients
treated during 1932. This figure includes an increase of 231 in
the number of children treated.
Generally speaking there has been an increase in the amount
of surgical work carried out, and a slight decrease of prosthetic
work. This decrease is due partly to trade depression and partly
to restriction of dental benefit under the National Health
Insurance.
It has been found possible to dispense with one gas session
at the Bermondsey Centre.
