VIII.—SANITARY ADMINISTRATION.
HOUSING.
A review of the housing conditions in the Borough was submitted
in last year's Report. The tables included last year have
been brought up to date in the present Report.
From the following figures showing the number of applicants
on the register at the end of the year it will be seen that, in spite of
all the work which has been done both by the Borough Council
and by the London County Council, there is no improvement at
all in the situation:-
