When this figure is corrected by exclusion of deaths of nonparishioners
occurring in the district, and the inclusion of deaths
of parishioners occurring ouitside the district, the number is raised
to 1,554. This is 103 less than in 1924, and 356 less than the
average for the last 10 yeans.
The death rate for the Borough in 1925 was 12.6 per thousand
living inhabitants, being 1.0 below that recorded in 1924, and 3.6
below the average for the last 10 years.
In column 1, foot of Table I. of ithe Appendix,, will be found a
list of places where deaths of non - p(a/msh i oners occurred in the
district. There were 47 such deaths in all, against 43 in 1924
and 42 in 1923.
321 persons belonging to this Borough died in outlying institutions,
against 337 in 1924, and 286 in 1923. The names of the
various places where the deaths occurred will be found in columns
2 and 3 at foot of Table I. of Appendix.
INFANTILE MORTALITY.
The figure for this is 79 deaths under one year to every 1,000
births.
