in the Chief Inspector, Mr. E. C. Freeman, a man who has not
only the necessary knowledge but the goodwill and patience, the
result being that the amount of friction in the working of the Act
is practically nil. I would like to mention that Mr. Freeman is
very ably backed up by the Market Inspector, Mr. Francksen.
