19,153 new tabs were used to replace those taken off mattresses,
palliasses, and cushions before disinfection.
Cleansing of Persons Act, 1897.
During the year under report 24 male and 19 female adults
used the Verminous Baths and had their clothing disinfected.
The total number of articles disinfected for this purpose was 497.
