Milk Premises.
There were 305 milk premises on the Register at the end of
1920. 10 were added and 7 removed during 1921, making a total
of 308 at end of the year under report.
Slaughterhouses.
There is one slaughterhouse in the Borough, 31 inspections
were made. No notices were served.
Ice Cream Premises.
There were 105 premises where ice cream is manufactured on
the Register at the end of 1920. 17 were added and 6 removed
during the year under report, making a total of 116; 136 inspections
were made.
