Respecting new premises, E. J., of Stepney, was summoned for
letting 196, Cambridge Road without the necessary certificate, and
for not constructing the soil-pipe of the same premises in accordance
with the Bye-Laws, and was fined £1 and 2s. costs and £3
and 2s. costs respectively.
COMBINED DRAINAGE WORKS.
The following particulars show the amount of work done under
this head from the commencement of carrying out works until
the end of the year, together with the cost of each job in labour
and material since the work was commenced to be done by men
employed in your own department.
