London County Council Houses. —Particulars of the housing
scheme whereby applicants for housing accommodation on the
estates of the London County Council may be recommended for
priority consideration were given in my Report for 1925. To the
estates on which accommodation was available in 1925 and 1926,
i.e. Becontree, Essex, and Downham, Kent, was added the Watling
Estate, Hendon,
