Finsbury Housing Scheme.—Mantell Street and Southampton
Street.—The Borough Council is engaged in promoting the building
of 95 flats in Mantell Street and Southampton Street. There will
be 6 flats with five rooms each, 60 flats with 4 rooms each, 25 flats
with 3 rooms each, and 4 flats with 2 rooms each. The number of
rooms will be 353. This enumeration leaves out of count the
