In respect of the milk supplied in 1925 there were six prosecutions.
The vendor of sausages containing boric acid was also
prosecuted. To the vendors of the remaining adulterated samples,
cautionary letters were sent.
The Milk (Special Designations) Order, 1923.—Three applications
under the order were received during 1925 for a dealer's
licence to use the designation "Certified." The applications
were granted.
Public Health (Milk and Cream) Regulations, 1912.—Action
taken in Finsbury during 1925 under the above-mentioned regulations
