Amongst the 29 Metropolitan cities and boroughs only 6 have
an infant mortality lower than Finsbury; those with lower rates of
infant mortality were Hampstead, Lambeth, Battersea, Wandsworth,
Lewisham and Woolwich. In respect of its own figures,
therefore, Finsbury has established a first-class record for 1925.
