measles to the list of notifiable diseases have petitioned to have it
removed. Notification must be valueless, unless during epidemic
periods the local authorities take the advice tendered by the Local
Government Board, and provide additional assistance, medical or
otherwise.
Schools. The following list shows the action taken during the year for the prevention of the spread of measles in the Infants' Departments of various schools in the Borough:—
