Forty-fourth annual report on the health and sanitary condition of the Parish of St. Mary, Islington

Board's Medical Officer and the Local Medical Officer of
Health at once informed of the case, care being taken to state
the name and address of the child or family affected, with the
reason for the exclusion. This information is to be sent on a form
supplied by the Head Office.
"It is only through information derived from the teachers
that the existence of the above diseases is known, either to the
School Board Authorities or to the Local Sanitary Authorities.
Information must therefore be given at once to the above three
officers of all cases coming to the knowledge of the teacher, whether
such cases are excluded by them or are kept at home by the
parents."
The particulars of the cases notified by the Head Teachers of
the Schools are as follows:—
