In conclusion, Sir, I desire to express my thanks to you for your
unfailing kindness. I am greatly indebted to Dr. D. M. Connan,
Assistant Medical Officer of Health, and to the Medical Officers in
charge of voluntary centres for their kindly co-operation. I am
greatly obliged to Messrs. H. W. Bush and A. Fair, of your office staff;
