The following were brought to the notice of the Department,
found to be unfit for human food, and destroyed as trade refuse:—

Milk Premises.
There were 308 milk premises on the Register at the end of
1921. 12 were added and 8 removed during 1922, making a total
of 312 at end of the year under report.
Slaughterhouses.
There is one slaughterhouse in the Borough, 30 inspections
were made. No notices were served.
Ice Cream Premises.
There were 116 premises where ice cream is manufactured on the
Register at the end of 1921. 24 were added and 9 removed during
the year under report, making a total of 131; 169 inspections were
made.
