The following were brought to the notice of the Department,
found to be unfit for human food, and destroyed as trade refuse:

Milk Premises.
There were 294 milk premises on the Register at the end of
1919. 42 were added and 31 removed during 1920, making a
total of 305 at end of the year under report.
Slaughterhouses.
There is one slaughterhouse in the Borough, 64 inspections
were made. No notices were served.
Ice Cream Premises.
There were 89 premises where ice cream is manufactured on
the Register at the end of 1919. 18 were added and 2 removed
during the year under report, making a total of 105; 305 inspections
were made.
