SLAUGHTER HOUSES.
There were three licensed slaughter houses in the
Borough at the end of 1920, situated at —
294, Bethnal Green Road,
354, Bethnal Green Road,
278, Hackney Road.
Fourteen visits were made to Slaughter Houses
by the Food Inspector during the Year.
SALE OF FOOD AND DRUGS ACTS.
714 samples were taken and examined. 607 of
these proved to be " genuine," and 47, or 6.6 per cent.,
adulterated. The details are given in the following
