205 visits were paid to these premises by the
district inspectors during 1920. No legal proceedings
were taken in respect of the manufacture and sale of
ice cream.
FRIED FISH AND FISH-CURING
PREMISES.
At the end of 1920 there were 50 fried fish
vendors' premises in the Borough, at two of which
curing was also carried on. There were 25 fish curers'
premises, including these two. 488 visits were made
by the Food Inspector to these premises.
