SANITARY CONVENIENCES, SURREY COMMERCIAL DOCK.
The Port of London Authority intimated that they were proceeding to remodel
those sanitary conveniences in the Surrey Dock which it was practicable to convert to
the water-carriage system.
TABLE XXXIX.—BYE-LAW'S—OFFENSIVE CARGOES.
Ten cases of infringement of the above-mentioned Bye-laws were reported
during the year.
In each case written notice was sent to the owners of the barges concerned:—
