MATERNITY AND CHILD WELFARE.
To the Maternity and Child Welfare Committee.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The necessity for preserving infant life is at present even more urgent than ever before, as will be seen from the Table which, follows, showing the births, birth-rate, and infant mortality in in the Borough for the last ten years.
