Informal samples
In addition to the samples taken under the Food and Drugs Acts as
shown in table 69, 357 samples were purchased informally by the Inspector
through his several agents. The whole of these samples were
submitted to the Public Analyst for analysis, with the following
result:—

PUBLIC HEALTH (MiLK AND CREAM) REGULATIONS, 1912.
Eight samples of Cream and nine samples of Preserved Cream were
purchased and submitted to the Public Analyst during the year.
The whole of these samples were found to be genuine and sold in
accordance with the requirements of the Regulations.
