It will be noted that in three instances the patients
were engaged in an occupation which involved the
handling of food, namely:—
A Greengrocer,
A Cook and
An Assistant in a Provision Shop.
The Cook suffered from Syphilis, and the Assistant
from Gonorrhoea. The disease in the case of the
