BAKEHOUSES.
The number of bakehouses on the Register at the end
of the year was 87, and 265 inspections were made in the
period under review. Eighteen nuisances were found, chiefly
due to dirty ceilings or sanitary conveniences, and being
complied with no intimations were necessary.
DAIRIES, MILK SHOPS AND PURVEYORS OF MILK.
The number of these premises on the Register at the
end of the year was 154. During the year 2 were added.
The inspections numbered 374, and in 17 instances a nuisance
was discovered, necessitating the service of 17 intimation
notices, which were complied with.
COWHOUSES.
There were within the Borough at the end of 1914
11 cowhouses, and at the annual Licensing Meeting of the
London County Council, held in October, 1915, the licenses for
the same were renewed.
